  • The final exam is due by 5 pm today. You do NOT need to turn in the last homework however. Please NOTE. 
  • The final exam will be available by 9 am Tuesday. You can check earlier. 

    • Print it out, do all questions but make sure to put your solutions in Yong's mailbox by 5 pm Wednesday. 
  • The second midterm will be available by 9 am Thursday. You can check earlier.

  • To solve problems 11-12 and 11-13 you will need to read section 11-3 and refer to section 5-3 in Wangsness.
  • Beware.  Problem 10-30 (homework set I) involves an inhomegeneous dielectric medium.  To solve it you may try equation 10-83 and use the stored energy to find capacitance, or you may wish to use a different method.
