  To install, unpack in the desired directory and type :
    
  |> ./install
  |>
   
  NOTE :
Do not compile the sources using gcc 3.2.x.
The gcc 4.x may require compat-gcc-34 (on Fedora systems).
   
  To get help type :
    
  |> ./help
  |>
   
  and follow the on-screen instructions.
   
  To run the programs :
   
  |> ./goimf
  |> ./gotrek
  |> ./goking
  |> ./goccm
  |> ./gostarsky
  |> ./gobackground
  |> ./gocolors
  |>
   
  To generate *.fits images using SkyMaker.2.x or SkyMaker 3.x (Bertin 2001, 2007, 2009) :
    
  |> ./runu
     (or ./runb, ./runv, ./runi, ./runj, ./runh, ./runk)
  |>
    
   
  NOTE :
  
   All the scripts (run*), configuration files (*.sky) and list files (*.list) are compatible with SkyMaker.2.3.4 (32-bit) and SkyMaker.3.x (32-bit and 64-bit).
   You may want to edit the files skymaker.param and skymaker.path to select the version of SkyMaker.
  
    
  Recommended versions : SkyMaker.2.3.4 (32-bit) , SkyMaker.3.0.3 (32-bit, 64-bit) and SkyMaker.3.3.3 (32-bit, 64-bit).
