32-bit version Any decent computer. (MASSCLEAN runs perfectly on my 6+ years old laptop).
64-bit version
Memory : MASSCLEAN has been tested on systems with at least 256 MB RAM, 1-4 GB RAM is recommended.
HDD Space : The installation requires less than 40 MB space. The size of the generated output depends on the mass of the cluster and on the size of the FITS images. For a mass in the 105-106 solar masses range, 2-10 GB of free space is recommended. |
