Proceedings Information

• Latex files of speakers' contributions are due by January 15, 2004. Please email them to qts3@physics.uc.edu.
• Page limits are:
  • 15 pages for 45 minute morning session speakers,
  • 10 pages for 30 minute morning session speakers and Mansouri memorial session speakers
  • 6 pages for all others.
• Please prepare your Latex file using one of these World Scientific Latex2e style files:
  • ws-procs9x6.cls (for superscript citations)
  • ws-procs9x6square.cls (for square bracket citations)
• Also, please fax (513 556 3425) or mail us (QTS3, Physics Dept, PO Box 210011, Univ. of Cincinnati, Cincinnati OH 45221-0011) a signed copyright transfer form (pdf file).
• Finally, here are some files from World Scientific to help in preparing your latex file:
  • Instructions (pdf file) for preparing a Latex file using the World Scientific style files, and
  • a simple template (tex file) to get started.
